PRICE QUOTES WANTED
The Town of Dewey, Portage County is requesting price rates for equipment for the 2024 road construction season. Should you wish to be contacted for miscellaneous projects of $5,000 or less, or in case of emergency this year, please send a listing of your equipment along with the price rates. On excavation equipment please indicate the size of the bucket. The price rate information should be into the office of the Town Clerk, Angela Lochinger, 430 Dewey Drive, Stevens Point, WI 54482 by 6:30 p.m. on April 17, 2024. The rates will be reviewed at the town board meeting that night. The Town will require a completed Independent Contractor Verification Form and, Certificate of Insurance and Workmen’s Compensation Insurance should be returned with your list of equipment. Your price rate shall include the cost of the equipment on a per hour basis. That cost shall include all operational cost and the operator. If there are any exceptions/additional charges to the quoted rate be sure to note those exceptions/additional charges on the quote rate sheet provided to the Town of Dewey.
Should you have equipment available to the town for use by the town without an operator please list the type of equipment and the per hour rate.
Please list the cost of any delivery charges, if any, on equipment delivered to the work site.
