Plan Commission Members:
Cathy Grezenski, Mike Kurzinski, Dennis Hintz, Linda McCulley
Maurice King called the meeting to order at 7:00pm
Agenda Items
Citizens wishing to address the Town Board or Plan Commission – none
Conservancy District – Dennis Hintz moved to support the proposed modifications to the Conservancy Zoning District as long as all privately owned land currently mapped conservancy can be change to agricultural zoning. Cathy Grezenski seconded the motion. Motion passed 5-2
Solid Waste Disposal Site – Cathy Grezenski moved to not support the proposed modifications to the definition of Solid Waste Disposal Site. Mike Kurzinski seconded the motion. Motion passed 7-0
Portage County Comprehensive Plan Rural Steering Committee – Maurice King moved to appoint Gary Kolodziej as our representative and both Dennis Meis and Dennis Hintz as alternative to the Portage County Comprehensive Plan Rural Steering Committee. Mike Kurzinski seconded the motion. Motion passed 7-0
Adjournment – Dennis Meis motioned to adjourn at 8:46pm. Gary Kolodziej 2nd the motion. Motion carried 3-0. Meeting adjourned.
