Dennis Meis, Supervisor 2 Town Residents/Visitors

Maurice King called the meeting to order at 6:30pm
Agenda Items
Minutes - William Kolodziej read the minutes from the September 7, 2011 meeting. Dennis Meis motioned to accept the minutes. Gary Kolodziej 2nd the motion. Motion passed 3-0

Citizens wishing to address the Town Board – Dennis Meis explained that he spoke to Erv Wachowiak and that he doesn’t draw plans.

Subdivision Ordinance – Gary Kolodziej moved to adopt changes to Chapter 2 Subdivision Ordinance. Dennis Meis 2nd the motion. Motion passed 3-0

Scenic Drive Culverts - Gary Kolodziej moved to accept the bid from Construcks to install the culverts at the end of Scenic Drive. Dennis Meis 2nd the motion. Motion passed 3-0

Operator License – Dennis Meis moved to approve the Operator licenses as presented. Gary Kolodziej 2nd the motion. Motion passed 3-0

Maurice King gave a brief report on Town activities. Finished all culverts except the one on Scenic Drive and the Cul-de-sac on Deer Lane is complete.

Correspondence was reviewed.

Treasurers and Clerks reports for August were reviewed and balanced.

Bills – Dennis Meis moved to approve unpaid bills. Gary Kolodziej 2nd the motion. Motion passed. 3-0

Meeting dates – September 28th BOR and October 5th

Adjournment – Gary Kolodziej motioned to adjourn at 7:40 pm. Dennis Meis 2nd the motion. Motion carried 3-0. Meeting adjourned.
