Maurice King called the meeting to order at 7:00pm
Agenda Items
Minutes – William D. Kolodziej read the minutes from the August 18, 2010 meeting. Gary Kolodziej motioned to accept the minutes. Dennis Meis 2nd the motion. Motion passed 3-0

Citizens wishing to address the Town Board – William Kolodziej provided information on tax refunds on Health Insurance.

Siding Options for Garage - Dennis Meis motioned to go with upgraded siding from Buttler for an additional $800. Gary Kolodziej 2nd the motion. Motion passed 3-0

Operators License – Dennis Meis moved to approve the operator license. Gary Kolodziej 2nd the motion. Motion passed 3-0

Operators License Form – The Board reviewed the new Operators license form. Maurice King will look into options.

Garage Doors – Gary Kolodziej will look into price quote from hub city doors for preventative maintenance on the garage doors.

Asphalt Patching Quote – Gary Kolodziej moved to approve the asphalt patching quote from American Asphalt. Dennis Meis 2nd the motion. Motion passed 3-0

Sunset Drive – Dennis Meis moved to accept the quote for pulverizing asphalt on Sunset Drive from American Asphalt. Gary Kolodziej 2nd the motion. Motion passed 3-0

2010 Road Work – The Board discussed 2010 road projects that need to be completed this year .

Correspondence was reviewed.

Maurice King gave a brief report on Town activities. Maurice King and Sarah Wisinski attended a humane society meeting.

Treasurers and Clerks reports for June, July and August were reviewed and balanced.

Bills were approved and paid.

Adjournment – Dennis Meis motioned to adjourn at 9:15pm. Gary Kolodziej 2nd the motion. Motion carried 3-0. Meeting adjourned.
