Maurice King called the meeting to order at 7:00pm
Agenda Items
Minutes – William D. Kolodziej read the minutes from the September 8, 2010 meeting. Dennis Meis motioned to accept the minutes. Gary Kolodziej 2nd the motion. Motion passed 3-0 William D. Kolodziej read the minutes from the September 15, 2010 meeting. Gary Kolodziej motioned to accept the minutes. Dennis Meis 2nd the motion. Motion passed 3-0

Garage Doors – The board discussed preventative maintenance on the garage doors with the owner of Hub City Doors. Dennis Meis moved accept the Hub City Doors for preventative maintenance. Gary Kolodziej seconded the motion. Motion passed 3-0

Citizens wishing to address the Town Board – Leroy Pukrop mentioned a pothole in Dewey Drive.

Operators License Form – The Board reviewed the new Operators license form. Gary Kolodziej motioned to approve the new form. Dennis Meis 2nd the motion. Motion passed 3-0

2010 Road Work – The Board discussed 2010 road projects that need to be completed this year. Main concern is the culvert on Sunset Drive and pulverizing Sunset Drive north of DB.

Correspondence was reviewed.

Maurice King gave a brief report on Town activities. Working on bad spots on roads, grading, repairing minor flood damage on roads.

2011 Budget – The Board worked on the 2011 Budget

Adjournment – Dennis Meis motioned to adjourn at 9:05pm. Gary Kolodziej 2nd the motion. Motion carried 3-0. Meeting adjourned.
