Maurice King called the meeting to order at 7:00pm

2011 Budget – The Board worked on the 2011 budget

Meeting dates – November 17

Adjournment – Gary Kolodziej motioned to adjourn at 8:28pm. Dennis Meis 2nd the motion. Motion carried 3-0. Meeting adjourned.

Approved 11-17-10 by a 3-0 vote William D. Kolodziej
