Dennis Meis, Supervisor 4 Town Residents/Visitors

Maurice King called the meeting to order at 7:00pm
Agenda Items
Minutes - William Kolodziej read the minutes from the September 22nd & 23rd meetings. Dennis Meis motioned to approve the minutes. Gary Kolodziej 2nd the motion. Motion carried 3-0 William Kolodziej read the minutes from the October 7th meeting. Gary Kolodziej motioned to approve the minutes. Dennis Meis 2nd the motion. Motion carried 3-0

Citizens wishing to address the Town Board – none

Resolution No. 8-2009 – Gary Kolodziej moved to approve Resolution No. 8-2009, a resolution to have updated Zoning Map take affect upon the approval of the Portage County Board. Dennis Meis 2nd the motion. Motion passed 3-0

WTA Report – Board members provided information they gathered from the WTA Convention.

1 Ton Truck – Gary Kolodziej moved to repair the 1 ton truck. Dennis Meis 2nd the motion. Motion passed 3-0

5 Year Road Plan – The Board discussed future road projects.

2010-2011 TRIP Project – The Board discussed possible Trip projects.

2010 Budget – The Board worked on the 2010 budget.

Correspondence was reviewed

Maurice King gave a brief report on Town activities. Using the trimming boom, culvert on Oakwood, repairing potholes.

Treasurers and Clerks reports for September were reviewed and balanced.

Bills were approved and paid

Meeting dates – Nov 4, 18, 25

Adjournment – Dennis Meis motioned to adjourn at 9:10pm. Gary Kolodziej 2nd the motion. Motion carried 3-0. Meeting adjourned.
