Maurice King called the meeting to order at 6:30pm
Agenda Items
Minutes - William Kolodziej read the minutes from the September 21, 2011 meeting. Gary Kolodziej motioned to accept the minutes. Dennis Meis 2nd the motion. Motion passed 3-0

Citizens wishing to address the Town Board – Leroy Pukrop explained that the music at Rivers Edge Bar & Grill was too loud. Dennis Meis would like to have the chairman or supervisors post a road to avoid damage during the year.

River’s Edge Bar & Grill - Gary Kolodziej moved to approve the liquor license for Ryan Pozarski, agent of River’s Edge Bar & Grill. Dennis Meis 2nd the motion. Motion passed 3-0

Operator License – Dennis Meis moved to approve the Operator licenses as presented. Gary Kolodziej 2nd the motion. Motion passed 3-0

Assessor’s Contract – No action take due to no contract yet.

Tax Billing – The Board discussed options for tax billing. Sarah Wisinski said she will stuff the fliers in the tax bills to save the Town money.

Ordinance No.1, 2011, Subdivision Ordinance – Dennis Meis moved to approve Ordinance No. 2011-1, an ordinance to revise and amend the General Code Of Ordinances of the Town of Dewey, specifically Chapter 2 the Subdivision Ordinance. Gary Kolodziej 2nd the motion. Motion passed 3-0

I39 Update – Proposal was presented to the Governors advisors for review.

Maurice King gave a brief report on Town activities. Scenic Drive culvert is done, grading, patching blacktop, putting snow fence post in the ground.

Correspondence was reviewed.

Treasurers and Clerks reports for September were reviewed and balanced.

Bills – Gary Kolodziej moved to approve unpaid bills. Dennis Meis 2nd the motion. Motion passed. 3-0

Budget – The board worked on the Budget

Meeting dates – October 26th

Adjournment – Gary Kolodziej motioned to adjourn at 9:00 pm. Dennis Meis 2nd the motion. Motion carried 3-0. Meeting adjourned.
