TOWN BOARD MEETING

Maurice King called the meeting to order at 7:00pm
Agenda Items
Minutes Sarah Wisinski read the minutes from the October 21st meeting. Gary Kolodziej motioned to approve the minutes. Dennis Meis 2nd the motion. Motion carried 3-0
Citizens wishing to address the Town Board Dennis Meis mentioned that a fire safe was for sale in Weston for $250
You would have to pick up yourself. He will discuss with clerk when clerk is back in town.
Robert Fenske Claims Maurice King talked to the Towns attorney and he said to file for a Notice of Disallowance of Claims. Gary Kolodziej motioned to file for a Notice of Disallowance of Claims of Robert and Linda Fenske. Dennis Meis 2nd the motion. Motion carried 3-0
Ordinance No. 2009-3 Dennis Meis moved to approve Ordinance No. 2009-3, an ordinance to revise and amend the General Code of Ordinances of the Town of Dewey to revise Chapter 11, the Volunteer Fire Department Ordinance. Gary Kolodziej 2nd the motion. Motion passed 3-0
Humane Society Update Meeting Sarah Wisinski provided information gathered at the meeting.
5 Year Road Plan Maurice King read his report for the 2010-2013 four year road plan as attached. Dennis Meis moved to accept the road plan that Maurice has laid out. Gary Kolodziej 2nd the motion. Motion passed 3-0
2010-2011 TRIP Project The Board discussed the Trip project. Action will be at the next meeting.
2010 Budget The Board reviewed the updated 2010 budget.
Correspondence was reviewed
Maurice King gave a brief report on Town activities. Finished with boom, blacktopped Scenic, getting ready for winter.

Adjournment Dennis Meis motioned to adjourn at 8:40pm. Gary Kolodziej 2nd the motion. Motion carried 3-0. Meeting adjourned.
