PUBLIC HEARING, SPECIAL TOWN MEETING AND TOWN BOARD MEETING
6:30 PM WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 17th 2010 - TOWN HALL

Chairman Maurice King called the public hearing to order at 6:30 p.m

People Present
Maurice King, Chairman William D. Kolodziej, Clerk
Gary Kolodziej, Supervisor Sarah Wisinski, Treasurer
Dennis Meis, Supervisor 3 Town Residents and/or Visitors
Public Hearing 6:30 p.m.
The board reviewed the proposed budget for 2011. Questions were answered.
Public hearing closed at 6:41p.m.
Special Town Meeting 6:41 p.m.
Leroy Pukrop moved to approve the Highway Expenditures of $385,839.30. Sandy Meis seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously
Leroy Pukrop moved to approve the tax levy of $339,883. Sandy Meis 2nd the motion. Motion passed unanimously.
Special Town Meeting Adjourned at 6:49pm

Town Board Meeting 6:50 p.m
Maurice King called the Town Meeting to order at 6:50pm
Agenda Items
Minutes - William Kolodziej read the minutes from the October 20th meeting. Dennis Meis motioned to approve the minutes. Gary Kolodziej 2nd the motion. Motion carried 3-0 William Kolodziej read the minutes from the October 28th meeting. Gary Kolodziej motioned to approve the minutes. Dennis Meis 2nd the motion. Motion carried 3-0

2011 Town Budget – Dennis Meis moved to approve the 2011 Town Budget. Gary Kolodziej 2nd the motion. Motion passed 3-0

Citizens wishing to address the Town Board – None

River’s Edge – Dennis Meis moved to approve the Liquor License for Eddie Hightshoe. Gary Kolodziej 2nd the Motion. Motion Passed 3-0

Dog License Letter – Maurice King and Sarah Wisinski explained that the Sheriff’s Department has drafted a letter regarding dog licensing in the county.

2011 Rabies clinic – Gary Kolodziej moved to have Sarah Wisinski look into setting up a rabies clinic for the town residents. Dennis Meis 2nd the motion. Motion passed 3-0

Correspondence was reviewed

Maurice King gave a brief report on Town activities. Finished patching roads. Getting ready for winter.

Treasurers and Clerks reports for October were reviewed and balanced.

Bills were approved and paid

Tax Bill Printing – Dennis Meis moved hire the county print and stuff tax bills with dog license information. Gary Kolodziej 2nd the motion. Motion passed 3-0

Meeting dates – Dec 15

Adjournment – Gary Kolodziej motioned to adjourn at 7:54pm. Dennis Meis 2nd the motion. Motion carried 3-0. Meeting adjourned.
