Maurice King called the meeting to order at 7:00pm

Minutes - William Kolodziej read the minutes from the April 15th 2009 meeting. Gary Kolodziej motioned to accept the minutes. Dennis Meis 2nd the motion. Motion carried 3-0
William Kolodziej read the minutes from the April 22nd 2009 meeting. Dennis Meis motioned to accept the minutes as amended. Gary Kolodziej 2nd the motion. Motion carried 3-0
William Kolodziej read the minutes from the April 27th 2009 meeting. Gary Kolodziej motioned to accept the minutes as amended. Dennis Meis 2nd the motion. Motion carried 3-0
Citizens wishing to address the Town Board – A citizen had questions regarding a zoning change process. Maurice King explained the process to the citizen.
Resolution No. 4-2009 - Gary Kolodziej motioned to approve Resolution No. 4–2009 a resolution combining current town roads, Crane Road and Lilac Drive into one road, Lilac Drive. Dennis Meis 2nd the motion. Motion carried 3-0
Resolution No. 5-2009 – Dennis Meis motioned to approve Resolution No. 5– 2009 a resolution to tentatively approve Chapter 14, an ordinance to adopt the Comprehensive Plan of the Town of Dewey, Portage County, Wisconsin. Gary Kolodziej 2nd the motion. Motion carried 3-0
EMS Survey - Dennis Meis motioned to forward the survey to the County. Gary Kolodziej 2nd the motion. Motion carried 3-0
2009 Road Work – The Town Board is planning to meet with the residents on Sunset Drive (north of DB), Bay View Circle, and Eau Claire Road to disscuss the possible reconstruction of those roads. The Town will get bids for Chip Sealing, Double Chip Sealing and Slurry Sealing. Price quotes will be obtained for granite, road base, trucking and construction equipment.
Correspondence was reviewed.
Maurice King gave a brief report on Town activities. Patching potholes. Grading, and picking up garbage.
Meeting dates – May 20th June 3rd June 17th BOR June 30th
Adjournment – Dennis Meis motioned to adjourn at 8:10pm. Gary Kolodziej 2nd the motion. Motion carried 3-0. Meeting adjourned.
