Maurice King called the meeting to order at 7:00pm
Agenda Items
Minutes - William Kolodziej read the minutes from the April 21, 2010 meeting. Dennis Meis motioned to accept the minutes. Gary Kolodziej 2nd the motion. Motion passed 3-0

Citizens wishing to address the Town Board – Bill Kolodziej explained that Jay Knick and Jeff Zalewski (landowners on Deer Lane) will not create problems with the Towns plans to make a cul-de-sac at the end of Deer Lane. Maurice King will contact a surveyor.

A.M. & Gay Alinea special exception to exceed the allowed square footage for accessory buildings. – Dennis Meis motioned to support the special exception to exceed the allowed square footage for accessory buildings. Gary Kolodziej 2nd the motion. Motion passed 3-0

Damage Claim against the Town – Dennis Meis motioned to deny the claim from Tim and Nevada Pazdra regarding damage to their car from town roads. Gary Kolodziej 2nd the motion. Motion passed 3-0

Operatiors Licenses - Gary Kolodziej motioned to approve the operators licenses as presented. Dennis Meis 2nd the motion. Motion passed 3-0

Two Year Operators Licenses - Gary Kolodziej motioned to table until Bill Kolodziej gets more information. Dennis Meis 2nd the motion. Motion passed 3-0

Gary Kolodziej moved to go to closed session at 7:37pm. Dennis Meis 2nd the motion. Motion passed 3-0

Came out of closed session at 8:10pm.

Town Worker Compensation - Gary Kolodziej motioned to give the workers a 2% raise to $16.55/hr. Dennis Meis 2nd the motion. Motion passed 3-0

Health Insurance – Gary Kolodziej motioned to approve the Health Insurance contract. Dennis Meis 2nd the motion. Motion passed 3-0

Maurice King gave a brief report on Town activities. Patching black top and grading.

Correspondence was reviewed.

Meeting dates – May 6th & 19th

Adjournment – Gary Kolodziej motioned to adjourn at 8:36pm. Dennis Meis 2nd the motion. Motion carried 3-0. Meeting adjourned.
