Maurice King called the meeting to order at 8:07pm
Agenda Items
Minutes- William Kolodziej read the minutes from the February 17th 2010 meeting. Dennis Meis motioned to accept the minutes as amended. Gary Kolodziej 2nd the motion. Motion carried 3-0

Citizens wishing to address the Town Board – Dennis Meis discussed Fire Department issues with a gas tank.

Jerry Fahrner – Maurice King moved to support additional campsites at 3368 Campsite Drive contingent that the septic system be sized properly, he work with the Town to increase the size of the informational signs and add additional signs, address the decibel level of the fire engine he that he uses for rides in the campground. Dennis Meis 2nd the motion. The motion passed 3-0

Ross Property –
Dennis Meis moved to approve
A) the commercial riding establishment at 180 Rocky Ridge Drive contingent
1) all county and state regulations are met regarding food service, sanitary facilities, signs, overnight stay and liquor laws.
2) hours of operation are by appointment
B) to allow for multiple irregular shaped ponds in excess of 30,000 square feet contingent
1) they attempt to purchase property from the DOT
2) if that fails, pursue a setback variance
Gary Kolodziej 2nd the motion. Motion passed 3-0

Meeting dates – March 17th

Adjournment – Gary Kolodziej motioned to adjourn at 8:45pm. Dennis Meis 2nd the motion. Motion carried 3-0. Meeting adjourned.
