TOWN BOARD MEETING
Wednesday June 3, 2009 7:00PM TOWN HALL

Gary Kolodziej, Supervisor Sarah Wisinski, Treasurer
Dennis Meis, Supervisor 2 Town Residents/Visitors

Maurice King called the meeting to order at 7:10pm
Agenda Items
Minutes - William Kolodziej read the minutes from the May 20th 2009 meeting. Dennis Meis motioned to accept the minutes. Gary Kolodziej 2nd the motion. Motion carried 3-0
William Kolodziej read the minutes from the June 1st 2009 meeting. Gary Kolodziej motioned to accept the minutes as amended. Dennis Meis 2nd the motion. Motion carried 3-0

Citizens wishing to address the Town Board – None

Paul Kolodziej Preliminary Plat - Gary Kolodziej abstained. Dennis Meis moved to postpone action until all items required by the subdivision ordinance are shown on the Preliminary Plat. Maurice King seconded the motion. Motion passed. 2-0

DB Quarry – no action – request withdrawn

Logging Town Property – Gary Kolodziej moved to award the bid to Dennis Danczyk for $13,300. Dennis Meis 2nd the motion. Motion passed. 3-0

Slow-No-Wake – Maurice King will be attending adjacent Town meetings to help move the Slow-No-Wake ordinance along.

CWEC Easement – Dennis Meis moved to approve the Right Of Way easement on Goldenrod Lane. Gary Kolodziej 2nd the motion. Motion passed. 3-0

Ed Jablonski CSM – no action – surveyor called and asked to cancel at this time.

Sale of Town Property – Maurice King will contact the DNR regarding sale of a strip of land on the old dump property.

Adjournment – Dennis Meis motioned to adjourn at 8:01pm. Gary Kolodziej 2nd the motion. Motion carried 3-0. Meeting adjourned.
