Maurice King called the meeting to order at 7:45pm

Land Use & Zoning Map – Maurice King moved to change the proposed Land Use/Zoning on Mark Pukrop’s land from Natural Areas Protected/Con to Natural Areas Limited/A4. Gary Kolodziej seconded the motion. Motion passed 3-0

Maurice King moved to change the proposed Land Use/Zoning on Jerold Fahrner land Sec. 35 from Natural Areas Protected/Con to Natural Areas Limited/A4. Gary Kolodziej seconded the motion. Motion passed 3-0

Gary Kolodziej moved to change the proposed Land Use/Zoning on Arnold Carlstrom land from Natural Areas Protected/Con to Natural Areas Limited/A4. Dennis Meis seconded the motion. Motion passed 3-0

Gary Kolodziej moved to change the proposed Land Use/Zoning on Jerold Fahrner land (3 lots south of campground) from Rural low density/A4 to MDR/R5. Dennis Meis seconded the motion. Motion passed 3-0

Maurice King moved to change the proposed Land Use/Zoning on Mark Kolodziej land from Natural Areas Protected/Con to Natural Areas Limited/A4. Dennis Meis seconded the motion. Motion passed 2-0 Gary Kolodziej abstained.

Dennis Meis moved to change the proposed Land Use/Zoning on Clarence Hintz land from MDR/R1 to Com/C1. Gary Kolodziej seconded the motion. Motion passed 3-0

Dennis Meis moved to change the proposed Zoning on Jon Schommer land from C3 to C1. Gary Kolodziej seconded the motion. Motion passed 3-0

Dennis Meis moved to change the proposed Land Use/Zoning on Brad Barick land from MDR/R2 to Commercial/C3. Maurice King seconded the motion. Motion passed 3-0

Gary Kolodziej moved to change the proposed Land Use/Zoning on Dennis Meis land from Natural Areas Protected/Con to Natural Areas Limited/A4. Maurice King seconded the motion. Motion passed 2-0 Dennis Meis abstained

Maurice King moved to change the proposed Land Use/Zoning on Paul Kolodziej from A4/Non Metallic Mineral Extraction to R1/MDR. Dennis Meis seconded the motion. Motion passed 2-0 Gary Kolodziej abstained

Language changes – John Oberthaler property on Oakwood will be called “Registered Geologic Site”
Howard Thoyre changes: page 73 last sentence as attached. Page 78 gender reference, Page 78, require a written proposal for changes

Adjournment –Dennis Meis motioned to adjourn at 9:15pm. Gary Kolodziej 2nd the motion. Motion carried 3-0. Meeting adjourned.
