Town Board Meeting

Maurice King called the meeting to order at 6:40pm
Agenda Items
Minutes- William Kolodziej read the minutes from the January 20th 2010 meeting. Gary Kolodziej motioned to accept the minutes. Dennis Meis 2nd the motion. Motion carried 3-0

Citizens wishing to address the Town Board – Gary Kolodziej would like to have Town worker do a traffic count. William Kolodziej point out an error in the 2009 income-expense spreadsheet; the beginning balance was from 2008 in error ($138,133.75) it was changed to the correct 2009 beginning balance of ($60,192.22) reducing the 2010 available funds by the difference ($77,941.53).

Uniform Dwelling Code (UDC) – The Board discussed the pros and cons of a private vs a state UDC inspector.

Land Use Changes – Dennis Meis moved to recommend the following Land Use Changes, for the Jerry Fahrner property located at 3368 Campsite Drive, to the County. Gary Kolodziej 2nd the motion. Motion passed 3-0
Proposed Land Use Changes:
1) Medium Density Residential to L3 Limited Agriclture/Mixed Use
2) Medium Density Residential to Commercial
3) Commercial to L3 Limited Agriclture/Mixed Use

Zoning Changes – Gary Kolodziej moved to recommend the following Zoning Changes to the County. Dennis Meis 2nd the motion. Motion passed 3-0
Proposed Zoning Map Changes:
1) Parcel 014-25-0723:07.02B, C2 Marina to A4 General Agricultural
2) Parcel 014-25-0723:07.02A, R5 Waterfront Residential to A4 General Agricultural
3) Parcel 014-25-0723:08.01, R5 Waterfront Residential to C3 Commercial

Public Nuisance Ordinance – The Board discussed a possible Public Nuisance Ordinance.

Final Financial Report for 2009 – The Board reviewed and signed the Final Financial Report for 2009

Correspondence was reviewed. The Board discussed proposed county ordinance changes.

Maurice King gave a brief report on Town activities.

Meeting dates – February 17th

Adjournment – Dennis Meis motioned to adjourn at 7:47pm. Gary Kolodziej 2nd the motion. Motion carried 3-0. Meeting adjourned.
