Town Board Meeting
Wednesday February 17, 2010 7:00PM Town Hall

Dennis Meis, Supervisor 7 Town Residents/Visitor

Maurice King called the meeting to order at 7:00pm
Agenda Items
Minutes- William Kolodziej read the minutes from the February 3rd 2010 meeting. Dennis Meis motioned to accept the minutes as amended. Gary Kolodziej 2nd the motion. Motion carried 3-0

Citizens wishing to address the Town Board – Pete Boettcher asked about garbage billing. William Kolodziej explained that garbage billing is on the tax roll as is all Town services.

Uniform Dwelling Code (UDC) – Gary Kolodziej moved to have the State Dept. of Commerce do are UDC inspections. Dennis Meis 2nd the motion. The motion passed 3-0

County Zoning – Dennis Meis moved to table action the proposed county zoning ordinances until further information is gathered. Gary Kolodziej 2nd the motion. The motion passed 3-0

Liquor License – Maurice King read two objection letters and some citizens expressed concerns and objections to a bar at the proposed location. The property owners explained their plans for the property. Dennis Meis moved to approve the liquor license for Tim Schertz. Gary Kolodziej 2nd the motion. The motion passed 3-0

2009 Financial Report – The board made adjustments to the 2009 spreadsheet.

Treasurers and Clerks reports for January were reviewed and balanced.

Correspondence was reviewed.

Maurice King gave a brief report on Town activities. Repairing the town truck and doing fire truck maintainance.

Bills were approved and paid

Meeting dates – March 17th

Adjournment – Gary Kolodziej motioned to adjourn at 9:10pm. Dennis Meis 2nd the motion. Motion carried 3-0. Meeting adjourned.
