Maurice King called the meeting to order at 7:00pm
Agenda Items
Minutes – William D. Kolodziej read the minutes from the November 17, 2010 meeting. Dennis Meis motioned to accept the minutes. Gary Kolodziej 2nd the motion. Motion passed 3-0

Citizens wishing to address the Town Board – Leroy Pukrop asked to have the Town yard plowed to allow fire trucks to get out. A discussion was held on possibly replacing two fire trucks with one. Possible grants were discussed.

Discussion/Action on Resolution No.5 – 2010, a resolution to amend the 2010 town budget - Gary Kolodziej motioned to approve the Resolution. Dennis Meis 2nd the motion. Motion passed 3-0

Discussion/Action on dues to the Wisconsin Towns Association’s Urban Towns Committee – Dennis Meis motioned to not join the Wisconsin Towns Association’s Urban Towns Committee. Gary Kolodziej 2nd the motion. Motion passed 3-0

Update on 2011 rabies clinic in the Town of Dewey – Sarah said March 5th is available. She will look into firming up that date.

Correspondence was reviewed.

Maurice King gave a brief report on Town activities. Snow plowing, will cut the trees at the end of Deer Lane and do equipment maintenance.

Treasurers and Clerks reports for November were reviewed and balanced.

Bills were approved and paid.

Meeting dates – Jan. 19

Adjournment – Dennis Meis motioned to adjourn at 8:05pm. Gary Kolodziej 2nd the motion. Motion carried 3-0. Meeting adjourned.
