Dennis Meis, Supervisor 2 Town Residents/Visitors

Maurice King called the meeting to order at 7:00pm
Agenda Items
Minutes - William Kolodziej read the minutes from the November 18th 2009 meeting. Gary Kolodziej motioned to approve the minutes as corrected. Dennis Meis 2nd the motion. Motion carried 3-0 William Kolodziej read the minutes from the November 24th 2009 meeting. Dennis Meis motioned to approve the minutes. Gary Kolodziej 2nd the motion. Motion carried 3-0

Citizens wishing to address the Town Board – Jerry Fahrner mentioned he is interested in a liquor license.

Assessor Contract – Dennis Meis moved to approve the Assessors contract noting that ½ of the contract was paid in 2009. Gary Kolodziej 2nd the motion. Motion passed 3-0

Planning Commission – Dennis Meis moved to appoint Kathy Girolamo and Linda McCulley to three year terms. Gary Kolodziej 2nd the motion. Motion passed 3-0

Election Officials – Gary Kolodziej moved to appoint the Election Officials as presented. Dennis Meis 2nd the motion. Motion passed 3-0

Correspondence was reviewed

Maurice King gave a brief report on Town activities. Snow fence is up, plowing snow, doing vehicle maintenance

Treasurers and Clerks reports for November were reviewed and balanced.

Bills were approved and paid

Meeting dates – Jan 20

Adjournment – Gary Kolodziej motioned to adjourn at 8:11pm. Dennis Meis 2nd the motion. Motion carried 3-0. Meeting adjourned.
