Town Board Meeting

Maurice King called the meeting to order at 6:35pm
Agenda Items
Minutes - William Kolodziej read the minutes from the December 7, 2011 meeting. Gary Kolodziej motioned to accept the minutes as corrected. Dennis Meis 2nd the motion. Motion passed 3-0

Plan Commission – Gary Kolodziej moved to appoint Dennis Hintz to the Town Planning Commission to a three year term beginning January 1, 2012. Dennis Meis 2nd the motion. Motion passed 3-0

Road Posting – Dennis Meis moved to postpone action on road posting until the board has time to review the sample forms in the Town Law Forms book. Gary Kolodziej seconded the motion. Motion passed 3-0

Maurice King gave a brief report on Town activities. Brushing with rented tractor and boom. Will meet with owners on Sunset Drive to discuss which trees need to be removed.

Correspondence was reviewed.

Citizens wishing to address the Town Board – Dennis Adamski complained about possible errors on his taxes. He was advised to contact the Town Assessor Todd Pauls.

Treasurers and Clerks reports for November were reviewed and balanced.

Bills – Dennis Meis moved to approve unpaid bills. Gary Kolodziej 2nd the motion. Motion passed. 3-0

Meeting dates – January 4th

Adjournment – Gary Kolodziej motioned to adjourn at 7:55 pm. Dennis Meis 2nd the motion. Motion carried 3-0. Meeting adjourned.
