Town Board Meeting

Gary Kolodziej, Supervisor 2 Town Residents/Visitor

Maurice King called the meeting to order at 7:00pm
Agenda Items
Minutes – Sarah Wisinski read the minutes from the July 14, 2010 meeting. Dennis Meis motioned to accept the minutes. Maurice King 2nd the motion. Motion passed 2-0 Gary Kolodziej wasn’t at the meeting.

Citizens wishing to address the Town Board – Dennis Meis said we need a license plate for the new fire truck.

Operators License – Gary Kolodziej moved to approve the operator license. Dennis Meis 2nd the motion. Motion passed 3-0

Liquor License – Gary Kolodziej moved to approve the Liquor license for Jerold Fahrner at Rivers Edge Bar & Grill. Dennis Meis 2nd the motion. Motion passed 3-0

Culvert Aid – Maurice King will talk to the County and discuss culverts we would need and where.

Election Agreement – Dennis Meis moved to approve the Election Agreement with Portage County. Gary Kolodziej 2nd the motion. Motion passed 3-0

Sunset Drive – The Town will put off the work on Sunset Drive north of County DB for another month to see what they want to do.

Correspondence was reviewed.

Maurice King gave a brief report on Town activities. Finish up on Hay Meadow, patch black top, grading roads, and Marvin’s truck is fixed.

Treasurers and Clerks reports for July were reviewed and balanced.

Bills were approved and paid. Maurice King will go over some bills with Bill Kolodziej

Meeting dates – September 15

Adjournment – Dennis Meis motioned to adjourn at 9:00pm. Maurice King 2nd the motion. Motion carried 3-0. Meeting adjourned.
