Note: These are the proposed Minutes that will be presented for approval at the next Town Board meeting.

Wednesday, April 26, 2017
Board meet at the Town of Dewey garage and immediately left to inspect roads

Call to Order: Meeting was called to order at 8:00 a.m. and the board immediately left to inspect the town roads east on County Road X.

Verify Open Meeting Notices, Roll Call: Open Meeting Notices were verified, present were Chairperson Maurice King, Supervisor Dennis Meis, Supervisor Kristine Klish

Dewey Drive – Maple Drive to North Reserve Drive – cracks to be sealed
North Reserve Drive – south of Dewey Drive – broken up areas in need of repair, cracks to seal, chip seal candidate
North Reserve Drive – north of Dewey Drive – grading needed
Dewey Drive – North Reserve Drive to Willow Springs Drive – cracks to be sealed – repair washouts by the bridge
Willow Springs Drive – north of Dewey Drive – grading needed
Willow Springs Drive – south of Dewey Drive – chip seal candidate
Dewey Drive – Willow Springs Drive to Torun Road – LRIP Project – patch deep potholes
Torun Road – south of Dewey Drive - patch broken areas – chip seal candidate
Torun Road – north of Dewey Drive – remove weight limit signs, clean up downed trees, fill in bad potholes, grading is needed, remove some rocks, fix hole by 1st big culvert
Dewey Drive – Torun Road to Pioneer Road – good
Pioneer Road – south of Dewey Drive – cracks to be sealed
Pioneer Road – north of Dewey Drive – grading needed
Dewey Drive – Pioneer Road to County Road Y – cracks to seal – chip seal candidate
Goldenrod Lane – grading needed
Robin Lane – grading needed
Oriole Lane – grading needed
Birch Drive – from joint section to Haymeadow Drive – grading needed, finish lift of section next to the joint road
Haymeadow Drive – Birch Drive north to the town line – grading needed
Birch Drive - Haymeadow Drive to Sandy Lane – grading needed, fix soft spots, needs lift on ½ mile starting at Sandy Lane
Sandy Lane – Birch Drive – north to the town line – grading needed
Sandy Lane – south of Birch Drive – grading
Birch Drive – Sandy Lane to County Road X – cracks to seal, chip seal candidate
Haymeadow Drive – Birch Drive to Oakwood Drive – grading needed
Hidden Lane – grading needed
Oakwood Drive – Haymeadow Drive to County Road X – grading needed, cover lift with granite
Deer Lane – trim trees near road, grading needed

Haymeadow Drive – Oakwood Drive to blacktop section – grading needed, fix sinkholes, evaluate bridge, entire road needs lift with area from Ken Danczyk south to the bridge in most need
Haymeadow Drive – blacktop portion – good
Maple Drive – north south section – grading needed
Westwoods Lane – grading needed
Short Lane – grading needed
Maple Drive – east-west section – lift needed in some areas with granite over the entire section of road
Bluejay Lane – grading needed
Rocky Ridge – lift needed – talk with Town of Hull
Dewey Drive – County Road X to Maple Drive – need shoulders widen in some areas

** All roads need to be reviewed for brushing needs**

Adjournment: Town Board returned to the town garage at 10:45 a.m. Dennis Meis moved to adjourn, seconded by Kristine Klish. Motion passed 3-0. Meeting adjourned.
