All left to inspect roads at 4:40
Road Word Needed:
Dewey Drive - Chip Seal is coming lose. Need to get someone from Fahrner to look at. Need to crack seal large cracks. Patches needed from X to Maple Drive.
North Reserve Drive - Need a couple loads of granite and a new culvert, north of Dewey Drive.
Willow Springs Patches needed, possible chip seal. Need new culvert north of Dewey.
Torun Road Maybe some patching and possible chip seal.
Pioneer Drive Crack seal. Replace culvert north of Dewey Drive.
Birch Road Joint section Each Town should haul 5 loads of granite.
Birch Road - Crack seal asphalt section.
Oakwood Crushed Rock in bad spots.
Hay Meadow Road base in bad spots.
Westwoods Lane Needs brushing.
Scenic Drive and Scenic Circle Chip seal is coming lose. Need to get someone from Fahrner to look at.
Adjournment Dennis Meis motioned to adjourn at 7:23pm. Gary Kolodziej 2nd the motion. Motion carried 3-0. Meeting adjourned.

Blackbird Lane rebuild west 150
Oakwood Drive Haul a few loads of blacktop.
Sunset Drive Fix spot by Lewandowski
Bayview Circle Chipseal needs to be evaluated.
Chippewa Trail Crack seal
