Maurice King called the meeting to order at 7:00pm
Agenda Items
Minutes - William Kolodziej read the minutes from the March 18th 2009 meeting. Gary Kolodziej motioned to accept the minutes as amended. Dennis Meis 2nd the motion. Motion carried 3-0
William Kolodziej read the minutes from the March 25th 2009 meeting. Dennis Meis motioned to accept the minutes as amended. Gary Kolodziej 2nd the motion. Motion carried 3-0

Citizens wishing to address the Town Board – none

Town Insurance – Dennis Meis moved to approve Rural Mutual for Town Liability Insurance. Gary Kolodziej 2nd the motion. Motion passed 3-0. Gary Kolodziej moved to approve Laub Insurance accident & sickness policy. Dennis Meis 2nd the motion. Motion passed 3-0

Chapter 7 of the Portage County Code of Ordinances – Gary Kolodziej moved to take no action at this time. Dennis Meis 2nd the motion. Motion passed. 3-0

Town Property Logging – Gary Kolodziej moved to table action. Dennis Meis 2nd the motion. Motion passed. 3-0

Comprehensive Plan – Dennis Meis made a motion to move the Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Map to public hearing. Gary Kolodziej 2nd the motion. Motion passed 3-0

Portage County EMS Survey – Dennis Meis moved to table action until we get more information. Gary Kolodziej 2nd the Motion. Motion passed 3-0

Charging for copies – Maurice King will look into.

Correspondence was reviewed.

Meeting dates – Annual meeting on April 14th Board meeting on April 15th

Adjournment – Gary Kolodziej motioned to adjourn at 8:25pm. Dennis Meis 2nd the motion. Motion carried 3-0. Meeting adjourned.
