Dennis Meis, Supervisor 4 Town Residents & 1 visitor

Maurice King called the meeting to order at 7:00pm

Agenda Items
Minutes- William D. Kolodziej read the minutes from the 2009 annual meeting. Marvin Kuzynski moved to approve the minutes. Leroy Pukrop seconded the motion. Motion carried 9-0.

Review 2009 Financial report - William D. Kolodziej went through the financial report for the town.

Fire Department Report – Leroy Pukrop gave a report on the Fire Department activity.

1st Responder Report – Brian Lepper gave a report on the 1st Responders activity.

Report on Town Equipment & Buildings – Maurice King stated the equipment is in good shape except for the tractor . The east end of the garage needs some repairs. Need to replace the furnace in the Town Hall.

Road Work for 2010 – We will have a meeting regarding reconstructing Sunset Drive, DB to Town Line. Hay Meadow Drive will need repairs.

Ernie Skupniewicz moved to adjourn. Leroy Pukrop seconded the motion. Meeting adjourned. 9-0
