4) Citizens wishing to address the Town Board

Public Notice: Members of the Public who wish to address the Board on specific items must register their request at this time. Such comments are subject to the reasonable control of the Board Chairperson as set forth in Robert’s Rules of Order

5) Discussion/Action on adoption of Ordinance No.2018 – 1, an ordinance to amend the Town of Dewey Comprehensive Plan to change the NAP – Natural Areas Protected future land use designation on the Future Land Use Map to/from L3-Limited Ag/Mixed Use for parcels #’s 014-25-0701-13.02; 014-25-0701-03.03; and 014-25-0701-04.04

6) Discussion/Action on a recommendation to the Portage County Board for the request from Regan and Ann Pourchot for zoning changes to applicable portions of parcel #’s 014-25-0701-13.02; 014-25-0701-03.03 and 014-25-0701-04.04 from Conservancy to A4 and A4 to Conservancy to reflect the most current data for flood plain and wetland boundaries

7) Discussion/Action on a recommendation to the Portage County Board of Adjustments on a request from Regan and Ann Pourchot for a Special Exception to operate a tourist rooming house on parcel #014-25-0701-13.02 at 4532 County Road X

8) Discussion/Action on a recommendation to the Portage County Board of Adjustments on a request from Regan and Ann Pourchot for a Special Exception to operate an Agricultural Event Center on parcel #014-25-0701-13.02 at 4532 County Road X

9) Discussion/Action on a recommendation to the Portage County Board of Adjustments on a request from Regan and Ann Pourchot for a Special Exception to operate a Campground on parcel #014-25-0701-13.02 at 4532 County Road X

10) Discussion/Action on a recommendation to the Portage County Board of Adjustments on a request from Regan and Ann Pourchot for a Special Exception to erect a sign that would exceed six square feet on parcel #014-25-0701-13.02 at 4532 County Road X

11) Update on a meeting with Representative of Portage County Planning & Zoning, Representatives of Earth Inc. and quarry owner John Oberthaler

12) Discussion/Action on a request from John Oberthaler and Earth Inc. to change the condition set by the Town of Dewey on hours of operation to allow for hauling from the quarry on Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

13) Discussion/Action on the purchase of a used street sweeper
