4) Citizens wishing to address the Town Board

Public Notice: Members of the Public who wish to address the Board on specific items must register their request at this time. Such comments are subject to the reasonable control of the Board Chairperson as set forth in Robert’s Rules of Order

5) Representatives from Amherst Telephone will be present to provide an update on the broadband grant application process and current work being done

6) Discussion/Action on bids for chip seal and/or scrub seal of town roads

7) Discussion/Action on application to borrow money from the BCPL State Trust Fund for the purchase of the one ton pickup truck with dump box

8) Discussion/Action on a Resolution to borrow from the Trust Funds of the State of Wisconsin the sum of $46,201.00 for financing truck with dump box and to levy upon all taxable property within the Town of Dewey a direct annual tax for the purpose of paying interest and principal on the load as they become due

9) Discussion/Action on liquor, cigarette and operator licenses

10) Discussion/Action on picnic license for Saint Mary’s Church

11) Discussion/Action on fee/cost for transferring data for the dog licensing program

12) Discussion/Action on letter to the owners of Crocker’s Landing Mobile Home Park regarding the paying of the correct assessed fee as set by the Assessor

13) Discussion/Action on the sale on the old one ton pickup truck

14) Discussion on repairs/painting of the town garage roof

15) Discussion/Action on the purchase of a small refrigerator for town/election workers
