5) Discussion/Action on the following proposed changes to the Town of Dewey Comprehensive Plan on property owned by Jerry Fahrner at 3368 Campsite Drive:
a) Medium Density Residential to L3 Limited Agriculture/Mixed Use
b) Medium Density Residential to Commercial
c) Commercial to L3 Limited Agriculture/Mixed Use
6) Discussion/Action on the following proposed changes to the Town of Dewey Zoning Map on property owned by Jerry Fahrner at 3368 Campsite Drive:
a) C2 Marina to A4 General Agricultural
b) R5 Waterfront Residential to A4 General Agricultural
c) R5 Waterfront Residential to C3 Commercial
7) Discussion/Action on a request from Kurt and Kay Ross for a “Special Exception” for property at 180 Rocky Ridge Drive for the following:
a) Commercial Stable
b) Ponds, excavation/extractions greater tan 30,000 sq. ft.
c) Home Occupation
8) Work on updates to the 2009 Comprehensive Plan books
9) Discussion on a “Right to Farm” ordinance
10) Adjournment
