6) Discussion/Action on Annual Joint Meeting with Town of Guenther on Birch Drive (joint section) and possible work to be done on that section of road in 2020

7) Discussion/Action on quotes for new mower for cutting shoulders

8) Review prices for road base material, granite and rates for road work equipment for 2020
